This arrived today

An extremely clean, almost pristine copy. And not very expensive. :-)

Ok, color me jealous, I paid $150 for my nearly pristine copy, and that was about 10 years ago!

That's an ... appropriate ... image for that book.
I read this one, but I wasn't encouraged to move on to the Mad Goblin and Lord of the Trees (was that the name?). What do you think of these book?

Mike, I feel extremely lucky then... It was a lot less than that! :-)

However, my next targets, IMAGE OF THE BEAST, and particularly BLOWN, are sure to be more. I can't even consider the one I really want right now, the Brandon House edition of LOVE SONG. ;-)

Ray, if FEAST UNKNOWN was a turnoff, I would still definitely encourage you to read MAD GOBLIN and LORD OF THE TREES. The Doc Caliban and Lord Grandrith pastiches of Savage and Tarzan continue, but minus the shocking sexual aspects that are in FEAST UNKNOWN.
