You get some interesting stereotypes on the old Lesbian-love paperbacks. It often seems to be a sinister brunette who (we assume) is seducing the innocent looking younger blonde.Hmm... that kind of ties into racial stereotyping as well as sexual.Was Sumuru a brunette?
I think Sumuru was a redhead... ? But I could very well be wrong.Were there lesbian overtones in the Sumuru books?
I haven't read them yet. From the reviews I've read I'd say very strong overtones.
