I have the French edition, but not the Italian. Funny and appropriate that the latter is published under the "Classic Urania" imprint. Perhaps the Moriartys were at work in its publication.

These are both awesome, though truthfully I slightly prefer the second. These international Farmer covers have been very cool, Win, thanks for sharing 'em.

I like the French one a little better too, Sean.

People seem to forget that Phil wrote what was very probably one of the first "steampunk" novels in THE OTHER LOG OF PHILEAS FOGG, and attribute the beginnings of steampunk a bit later in the '70s to Jeter, Blaylock, and Powers (who are all great, don't get me wrong...)
