Glad to be of service. I did some research a while back about the author and found that he wrote several novels before this one, featuring Monty Nash. I wonder if "Target for Tonight" may have been a plot he'd inteneded to use for that series? I've been thinking of seeking out a Monty Nash book just to see if the (first-person) style is the same.
This cover haunts me. There's no gratuitous flesh, but there is a certain raw sexuality about it that I find utterly captivating.
