I haven't seen many of the original Avenger covers.
This one looks similiar to the earlier ones (with the ghostly image of The Avenger looking on), but frankly looks a little rushed. Kind of reminds me of some of the Doc covers that look like they were done in colored pencil.
Chris, excellent. I have all the '70s paperback reprints, but I can't resist getting the new Nostalgia Ventures reprints as well. Mine has not arrived yet, though...
I, too, have all the Avenger paperbacks (and Doc paperbacks), but am getting the Sanctum Books reprints for all the extras (Nostalgia Venturers is no longer partnering with Tollins, he's on his own know as Sanctum Books).
I've had the first Avenger volume for a week or so. I learned some interesting things in it, like some interesting background on Scotty!
Seeing the original pulp cover art in color and in decent size is also great.

Neato. I just got the Nostalgia Ventures reprint of Justice, Inc./The Yellow Hoard today.
